HOw does fall storage work?

You would register for our storage service the same way anyone else would. On the registration form, it will ask you when you are expecting to return to campus - September 2024 or January 2025. We currently do not offer any other return dates.

We will pick up your items on your scheduled date near or during Finals week of Spring quarter. Over the summer, we will check in with you if you would still like extended Fall storage. If so, we will keep your items until you return!

We know that all students plans are always up in the air — just shoot us an email if your schedule changes!

When can I get my stuff back?

In December 2024, we will send out a form for you to tell us when and where you will be returning.

If you are returning to an on-campus dorm, we will work with the University to have your items waiting for you in your new dorm room (You do not have to be present).

If you are returning to an off-campus apartment/house, we will need you to schedule a date and time for our movers to help you move in (You, or someone with access to your building/apartment, must be present).

What about pricing?

You will be charged the same amount for Fall quarter storage as you were charged for Summer storage.

Let’s say you have 5 boxes to store. When we pick up your items before you leave campus at the end of spring quarter, we will charge the card on file 5 x $49 = $245. Your total storage fee for SUMMER quarter will be the initial $40 registration fee + $245 storage fee. If you opt in for extended storage for Fall quarter, we will charge another $245 to the card on file in September.
